Pleasant experience. The hotel clerk was very nice and accomodating. Yes it is on a major road, however, we requested a room in the rear and had no problem with highway noise. This hotel is clean and efficient and amenities were excellent. There's a family restaurant across the street and the food was great. We would stay here anytime we're travelling in the area.

Stayed on 12/26/11 in Jacuzzi room. Room was clean; wear and tear was average but the hot water tank is insufficient to fill the jacuzzi tub. Had the same problem with shower the next morning.

Have reservations for tonight...big snow storm causing major delays. Attempted to change reservation directly with hotel and was directed to expedia. Discussed with expedia, who was very helpful, however front desk manager of hotel would not allow any change to a different date.
I travel frequently and frequently stay at Best Western. This experience will certainly make me look elsewhere first.

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at this Best Western. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they have a workout room.We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and that worked well.The location is great and close to everything in Allentown. One thing I would change is the continental breakfast. Leaves something to be desired to say the least.
