“Great way to end a trip to Oregon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 October 2011

My daughter and I spent a week in Oregon, the last 3 days at the Ocean Point Inn. So glad we saved the best for last. The room we had was lovely, comfortable and stylish without being stuffy. The view cannot be beat. Our hosts, Ron and Bruce, were welcoming and warm. The breakfast they delivered to us each day was yummy and a great start to a day of doing everything or nothing. We hope to go back some day for more pampering and relaxation. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: The room where my daughter & I stayed was "suite-ish". The bedroom could be closed of...

“What a Lovely Place”

I do not normally write reviews on places I have stayed, especially if they are great, I like to keep the "gems" close to my chest. But when Bruce and Ron asked me to provide feedback, how could I say "no".

My husband and I spend 3 magical nights at OPI at the end of September. Our room/bed/bath/closet space/sitting area amazing, comfortable, and relaxing. Our hosts, Bruce and Ron were available when you needed them and "left you alone" when you wanted to be by yourself, welcomed us warmly and said goodbye fondly. And as many others have commented, the breakfasts were delicious! In fact I wished I had had one this morning.

We will return in the future to hear the sounds of the crashing waves, walk on the beach, and no doubt be again warmly welcomed by Bruce and Ron.

“Ocean Point Inn-Like a B&B, but better”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 October 2011

We were so happy with Ocean Point Inn on a beautiful, lonely stretch of beach called Arch Cape due south of Cannon Beach. Its a tiny Inn with three guest rooms right on the beach, impeccably designed and spacious rooms and lovely, contemplative seating areas (fire pit, too) on the beach. We sat in Adirondack chairs on the beach for three hours reading one day last month with no interruption except our attractive host asking if he could get us anything. There were fewer than 10 people on the broad, beautiful beach that day, including us. Glorious! Here's why it's better than a B&B-they brought the delicious breakfast to us - once, they even brought it out to us while we were sitting on the beach - instead of summoning us to a table-ful of strangers. I've recommended OPI to several others since we got back and we'll definitely go back soon.

“Perfect getaway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 September 2011

After a busy work schedules and a long drive to a hectic family wedding we needed some peaceful downtime. We found the perfect getaway at OPI. Our room was pristine clean and well decorated. The bed, pillows and towels were plush. We really enjoyed the huge shower with the ceiling "rainshower". The beach was right out our door and beautiful. On top of all that the hosts were wonderful and made us feel welcome and pampered. I cannot wait for my next visit.

Room Tip: It is very small and I believe any

“Couldn't have been nicer!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 September 2011

Did a PNW Road trip last week and stopping in Cannon Beach was on the agenda... Needed a day of relaxation and this was the place. Room was beautiful, hosts were wonderful and sitting on the adirondack chairs all afternoon on the beach reading my book was awesome. Went to dinner and when we came back the firepit was roaring by those same adirondack chairs, full moon, stars and the roar of the surf.. Unfortunately, our timing made us leave early the next morning for our next destination but would highly recommend. Thanks guys!
