Poor Internet but nice shower. We only stay one night on our road trip from Vancouver canada to San Francisco.

Pros: convenient location hear the highway, pet friendly without feeling like you're in a gross room reserved just for people with pets (they seem to keep them to the same quality as regular rooms), free breakfast

Cons: beds totally uncomfortable, way too soft and felt cheap. Not sure why they had these mattresses since the other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at in Center Point Medford had amazing beds, as did the Holiday Inn Yakima. Because of this, we did not have a good night's sleep. This hotel seemed a bit more run down than the other two I mentioned but still decent. Staff was friendly.

I am very pleased to say that I had a great stay here. We were traveling home from Seattle and stoped in and the front desk lady was welcoming. I think her name was Rachel. The room and the hotel were very clean and Breakfast was great. When we checked out Christina was wonderful. If you are traveling through and need to stay in Albany I suggest the Holiday Inn Express. We will stay again when we go back to visit our Family. Thank you ladies keep up the good work.

We stayed here for a wekend visit with family in Albany. It was a Beaver football home game so the place was full, but there were no problems. It's a realtively new property: Clean, comfortable and everything you would expect from HIEX. Breakfast was hot and plentiful as advertised, wireless internet and business center were available and working, nice fitness center and heated pool. Staff was super friendly and appropriately dressed for the OSU game. Overall a pleasant experience.
