I just got back from this place...I didn't meet Kam but did talk with Mak a few times. He was friendly and helpful, providing us directions to where we needed to go. He seems to work at least a double shift as he was always there except for a short time in the morning when a non-helpful guy was at the desk for a while. Sometimes there was a "be right back" sign at the counter. In our room, the shower curtain seemed like it was about to fall, the deadbolt did not work, and there was a large gap in the door where you could see light come in. Otherwise, the carpet seemed clean, the bed comfortable, the television good, and the curtains blocked out the light pretty good. The water was hot and plentiful and the sink and shower were easy to operate. The breakfast area is actually in the lobby and there was coffee juice, cake donuts, muffins, english muffins and cereal. IHOP is just up the road, and a much better choice, unless you are as cheap as I am! There were few people here on this night...on a crowed day, I could imagine it could get hectic. Pretty average for a cheap place, below average for an average or higher priced place.

I had stay their for 2 days with my wife and kids.They really don't have good customer service at all. Front desk people doesn't know how to speak english. First of all when i called in to make reservation over the phone lady was so rude.They don''t even have TV remote in the rooms. The rooms were ok and the bed and pillow were so dirty. I had complained to Manager Kam about this and he didn't do nothing and he was rude tooo..

No good customer service and i wouldn't suggest aynone to stay their. It's not worth your money that one spends.

was nice at first, then the red neck family from hell got a room next to us and across from us, kids stay free, omg, they ran up and down hallways all nite, in and out of slamming doors, hotel did nothing to stop it, ended at 9 am !! the next day., had no sleep....beds are hard and very uncomfortable, pillows were old and flat, no insulation between the rooms at all, could hear all the conversations in the next room and in the hall.......desk help was from india, broken english, cold and un helpful, will never and i mean never stay there again !!!

Only one word comes to mind when trying to express my feelings for this hotel... Blah. From the moment i first called them, the staff was very unhelpful, which almost lost them business, but i decided to go for it anyway due to the low rate. The man I talked to on the phone was rude and very unhelpful, although the lady at check-in wasn't overly rude, but wasn't the epitome of customer service either. The room was clean in all of the visible surfaces and floors, but I wouldn't dare you to look under the bed, or behind the furniture. The high-speed internet worked 75 percent of the time. The room had a very uninviting feeling, and a odd whistling sound came from the window most of the time I was in the room. If I'm ever in Ardmore again, I will probably opt to stay somewhere else, although the rate is pretty hard to beat. Overall, it was a truly blah experience, with nothing notably good to say.
