Very warm welcome, and clean, excellent service, and felt like we are still home.

After reading the reviews I assumed all would be well at this Fairfield Inn. The lobby is nice and the breakfast area is inviting. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The bathroom in my room had old worn, marked up tiles. The vanity was chipped in several places and old looking. The matching chair and ottoman were not clean. The ottoman looked like someone sat in it with dirty shoes and it was never scrubbedf off. Behind the furniture was very dirty and dusty. Maids need to move the furniture when they clean. I am a Marriott Silver Elite Member and after this stay I am thinking of changing my allegiance to Hampton Inn. As mentioned in others' posts the restaurant "Wood and Wine" is very nice. The ambiance and food were great.

We had two quick stays (2 days each) in July as part of a longer trip... The hotel is conveniently located (right off the highway) and is close to a couple of family restaurants. The rooms were clean and the front desk was very friendly.

We could not get a suite but the hotel front desk was proactive, and honest. You cannot ask for more than that. Good value as well!

Clearly freshly decorated, this Fairfield has large rooms and is very clean. The location is convenient to suburban Cleveland business.
