I stayed here with my husband and our infant daughter on our way home from Chicago to New York. When we checked in we were very tired after driving all day and the baby was cranky and my husband was sick (so we were all not in the greatest mood and were relieved to finally be at the hotel). We stood in the lobby and waited to be acknowledged by the woman working behind the desk for several minutes, who was doing something to the fax machine. When she finally looked up she said "Do you need something?" not a "Hello" or "welcome" like a normal person would say. The room felt dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. I reported the mold upon check out and the guy working just said "Oh" - that's it - no "I'm sorry" or anything. I would not stay here again.
