I had read the other reviews, but we decided to give this hotel a try. Glad we did. The AC did not work well, but was immediately fixed after our call to the desk. A follow up call to make sure we were comfortable in our room was appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and a very nice hot/cold breakfast waited for us in the morning. There was also an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We decided on the Clarion Inn & Suites for a 5 night stay despite two recent bad reviews. We found this hotel to be quite acceptable. The rooms appear to be recently remodeled and are quite comfortable. In fact we often are critical of the beds and pillows and here we had one of the best beds, pillows and as comfortable a sleep as we have had anywhere. We had a first level room and had no noise from above. The staff was most willing to please. We did have a room facing the pool which eliminated the highway noise. The spacious grounds were used by a number of groups to set up their own grills and cook out and talk. This place is ideal for these kind of gatherings. The continental breakfast was good, particularly the fresh made waffles, and the coffee was of high quality.
