We booked 5 rooms among 5 different families for new years eve. All of us had young children ranging 5-9 yrs. We were yelled at for making too much noise, not in the room, but for going back and forth to the pool! Kids are kids, doors will open and close, excuse us for having children. The night shift front desk clerk was the rudest, along with her "significant other" who acted as if he owned the place, but wasn't even an employee. I went to talk to manager and he said he was "going to call the sheriff" for me wanting to complain. If you have children be very weary, they threatned to kick us out, and had the nerve to tell my child this, instead of me. Never stay here again.
