This motel made my stay so comfortable with the great rates, friendly customer service, and the most helpful and trustworthy housekeeping staff I have ever met. My unit was very roomy, nice size fridge, microwave and the bed was so comfortable. The location of the Motel-6 #4541 is great, so accessible from the major Hi-Way with the various restaurants, stores, and the movie theater all with-in walking distance. It was so convenient that my co-worker’s left a competitor motel just to stay here. I did see under the New Management, a lot of up grades to the location. So in all, I would stay here again and would recommend this location to all.

If you know the saying, "we'll leave the light on" by Motel 6, you'll know why if you stay at the Motel 6, Akron North, on Rothrock Road. There were water bugs! The floor was filthy. Worst of all, it was billed to be a handicapped room...the ONLY handicapped room in the entire motel. There must be some joke! A wheelchair cannot maneuver through between the bed and dresser OR up to the sink. A handicapped person could not get into the bathtub/shower because the step into the tub was too high! The grounds were littered with cigarette butts. There was constant noise during much of the night. Lastly, I was charged different amounts each night that were not the quotes that I got online. Yes, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. This motel should be razed! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

I've stayed here before, and for the price it is a good Motel 6. But the help are surly and pay no attention to reservation requests. The cleaning crew takes way too ong to get the job done. I checked in around 4 and they still had rooms to clean.

This hotel is the worst I have been in a long time. They massed up my reservation and they charged me 45$ and they had a rate of 39 out side then the room smelled like urine, so I ask for another room and it takes them nearly 45 minutes for them to find a room and when I go in to that room I pull the bed covers and I find a condom in the bed so I go back to get my money back and the clerk was basically yelling at me. Never got to talk to a manger been too weeks no response.
