We reserved many rooms for a group of high school students. The accomodations were nice and not one complaint from the students or parents about the hotel. The staff is extremely cooperative and helped to make the vistit successful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Where to begin... I reserved a suite with a jacuzzi and an extra bed for my 7 year old daughter I get to the suite instead of extra bed there is a fold out couch bed which ok no problem still a bed. The couch it's self is covered in stains and the sheets and comforter on my king bed had stains. Them miss communication between employees we were suppose to stay for two nights in the same room. That's what we paid for. Come to find out later we are not allowed to have the same room bc the following night had been booked ahead of time. Then they proceed to tell me that there are no rooms again me bc of 5 buses coming in so not only did I not get the jacuzzi room I reseeded but now I am told I can't even stay a 2 night bc there are no rooms. My husband is outraged and after waiting 45 min for the employees to contact who they need to just to ensure us a jacuzzi room when we leave for the day bc the guest for the room we would be staying in had not checked out yet we decided to leave for the day and just to with that room but would be back later to check in bc we are taking our daughter to the zoo. We get back and find out we did not get the non smoking jacuzzi suite we reserved we had to take a smoking one. Well my daughter is asthmatic and so am I but they promised to ensure the room would be smell free of nicotine. We get to the room and the a/c unit can not be used bc it is clogged with what appears to be as house cleaning describes leaves from outside must have somehow gotten into the unit from the outside and when I turned it on stuff went blowing every where. Then once again my daughter gets A couch bed but no big deal still a bed. I proceed to inspect the bed for bed bugs and find all this debre from the a/c unit in the bed like they laid sheets down and covered up the debre. Then there was garbage under the couch bed never cleaned up.

This is one hotel I will NEVER be staying at ever again

We were in Akron for a family reunion. Accommodations were at this Comfort Inn that is close to shopping and dining. It is a clean facility and the staff is friendly. Since this was Reunion Central for us, we used a Courtesy Suite for indoor activities and the lawn area for family games and some dining.

This location is approximately 20-30 minutes from the Akron airport, an hour or so from Cleveland for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and 30 minutes or so from Canton for the Football Hall of Fame.

So the location was ideal for 100 or so family members. I'd recommend it to you.

Customer service was above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Very, very helpful and courteous.
They make you feel very welcomed and provide great cookies.
Hotel room was updated and very appealing. It made our stay very relaxed and comforted.
Laundry on-site was very conveinent.
Lots of shopping and attractions in the area.
Great restaurants are only a walk across the street.
