This was a horrible experience. My sister rented the meeting/party room for her 40th birthday party. We also reserved 5 rooms for out of town guest and reqeusted that they be on the same floor near the party room. This was done several months in advance to ensure that no other guest would be disturbed during the party process. The day of the party no tables or chairs were setup. They rented the rooms nearest the party room to other guest and the party goer's rooms were at the other end of the hall. The party started at 7PM and by 8:30PM the hotel was advising us that the music needed to be turned off due to complaints. At 1000 PM we were advised that the party room had only been reserved until 1000 pm. although we had rented the adjoining jacuzzi room for the night and had this same arrangement many times before with no limit on the hours. We were advised that additional payment would be necessary. When we agreed to pay additonal the agent advised that "You People need to get out" and called the police. Everyone was asked to leave however all of our cards were charged for the rooms that we never slept in.

Had great stay! Housekeepers were polite and friendly! (ask for marquita again when i return, shes fun to party with)

Had problem with room and girl at front desk said she was one in charge as no manager was available. She said she was head of housekeeping but working front desk. She had nasty attitude and was very rude. Didnt want to listen to me about issues with my room. Paid for non smoking but room had cloud of smoke and ashtrays in it.

Got a non-smoking room and entered through the side of the hotel where the staircase smelled very musty. Opened the door to the hallway and was in the smoking section which was nasty. Had to go through a double door to enter the non-smoking section. No elevators in the hotel which is a problem too. As for the room, the bathroom counter was left dirty and the shower had a previous customers hair on the faucet. The air conditioner produced a nasty dusty, musty odor and leaked water onto the floor below. That was real nice to step into that with bare feet. Couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning. I've stayed in many $90 hotel rooms that are 10x nicer than this one.
