When we checked in the room were looking ok for the price we paid. Then we found that the rest room were not cleaned properly. When we asked for the rooms to be cleaned, the lady in the front desk told she will send someone in 30 minutes, noone showed up till next day or followed up. After first night stay, we found that kids were bitten by bed bugs and we found and provide 2-3 bed bugs to the front office. The lady in the hotel told that they never had a problem with bed bugs before and tried to put the blame on us that we may have carried the bed bugs inside. Then we found someone else reviewed this hotel having bed bugs. So clearly the lady was lying. Next day I went to explain to another front desk person "Ricky Patel" who claimed that he is the manager. I complained about the lack of service and attitude of the front desk lady. She came by and started yelling at me and the other person like she is the boss of the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. If she can behave so rudely to her own staff, I have no words to say about the visitors. We lodged a complaint with Corporate best western customer care and planning to take this up with them. Overall very terrible experience that you can expect. Will never stay in best western again. Keep away from this hotel. They are rude, no service, will put their problem on you and you complain they YELL in top of their voice.

stayed a weekend, and i always like to get up and have a swim before breakfast. NO GO! breakfast ends at 9am and pool doesn't open til 10 am. pool closes at 10 pm. i expressed my dismay at the pool hours to the manager, and he basically brushed me off. not much of a workout area either and the sign says to ask the staff to unlock the room for you. strange.

This is probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Everything was dirty, run down and out dated and the service was absolutely atrocious. There were bedbugs in our bed and the bathroom looked like a homeless person had been living there for 2 weeks. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will NEVER stay in a Best Western EVER again.

Had stayed at the Best Western, Gilchrest Road, three consecutive years, and each year was worse than the one before. By our final stay, the pool was unswimmable (you couldn't see the drain and it wasn't filtering), the rooms were damp and musty, and the restaurant at the front of the hotel had been burnt out and boarded up for six months. On a recent visit, we drove by and saw that the restaurant was still boarded (a year and a half after the fire), and the place was looking distinctly dumpy. It's the sort of hotel were items will never dry, the free breakfast is a packaged muffin, and you don't want to walk on the carpet in bare feet.
