Not just the Front desk staff, but the house keeping, the lady providing breakfast, or other employees in the hotel have a ready smile when they see you and provide a very courteous service. Marriotts are known for quality service, and this one is amongst the best of them. No doubt the management and employees deserve all praise for creating and maintaining such an excellent atmosphere for visiting guests. On top of this, you have TGI Friday which is less than 20 metres from the hotel, and nice strip mall with all kinds of restaurants and shopping less than 1 mile away. I go there again and again to meet my other family. :)

As you enter the lobby the front desk team welcomes and treats you as someone their genuinely happy to have staying with them. I’ve found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. In fact, cleanliness began in the lobby and carries on throughout the property: pool, gym, breakfast area, and right on down the line. You can smell the cleanliness in the air throughout the hotel. I hope many other travelers on business, or pleasure will experience this hotel. This was my 3rd stay in 6 months, so when business brings me back to Akron / Canton – you know where I’ll be staying. Clearly, one of the best area hotels!

From the moment we walked through the door after a long eight hour drive my family and I felt like we were so special. Everyone was compassionate about our loss and kept my family in contagious smiles. Thank you for being our family through this emotional time. The rooms were very very comfortable and very very clean. From the lobby to the elevators to our bathroom I could smell the cleanliness in the air. You just earned a loyal Guest and family for ever. Keep up the excellent work and I hope other families will experience this hotel as well its a true gem. Monica you and the team shoud be recognized throughout the area as the best hotel. Recently, I was on a business trip to the Akron/Canton area. While there, I got stuck in the middle of a major snow storm. I had no plans to stay in the Akron but instead had planned to drive to Cleveland. At the last moment, I popped into the Fairfield Inn , 1025 Interstate Pkwy, desperate for a room at midnight. The staff was both welcoming and comforting. They not only made sure I got a room but went out of their way to make sure I got the best rate. The following day, when I was scheduled to check out, I was unsure as to whether or not my flight would in fact leave because of weather conditions. The front desk manager, Mr. Brittiny M. Miller, was again comforting and professional in assuring me that if I was unable to get out, there would be a warm room waiting for me at the Fairfield Inn. My experince at the Fairfield Inn, Akron exceeding my expectations and I would definitely highly recommend it fi you are traveling in the Akron area.
