We stayed at this hotel many times over the past 4 years. My son attended High Point University and this was the only hotel we ever stayed at. The rates were always good. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights while furniture shopping in nearby High Point. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was not working the one time we went down to use it, but it appeared to be repaired by the next night. The hotel staff was very cordial and gave us tips on where to eat. They have fresh baked cookies in the lobby each evening. The breakfast included a couple hot choices - waffles and breakfast sandwiches with sausage. Actually, a pretty nice selection and kept well stocked. I would definintely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property before with no problems. This time was different. There was (what appeared to be) mold on the shower curtain. Since my stay was for two days, that morning, I removed my belongings from the room and told the desk clerk about the mold and gave her the keys explaining that I wanted a different room for the following night. She was sympathetic and said no problem.
Upon my return that night I was still assigned to the same room with the moldy shower curtain but was switched to a new room when I complained. That night I waited several minutes until someone anwered the phone to schedule my wakeup call. The wakeup call never did come and was seriously late for a meeting.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel en route to South Carolina. My only complaint is the front lobby was unattended when we checked in. I called "Hello?" for almost ten minutes, and finally the hotel manager appeared from her office, which is directly behind the front desk. Other than that, the hotel is very clean, our room had comfortable beds, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Also worth notcing is this hotel has much more than the usual cable stations that hotels typically have. It's hard to find a hotel property that offers TCM, but this one has it.
