“Best stay at this level of hotel ... ever!”

This is an excellent hotel. It is clean, very comfortable, and the staff is great. They even have a volunteer manning the continental breakfast bar to make sure that everything is warm, fresh and available at all times. I was there in the winter during a snow storm so the outdoor pool was closed. But despite the slush outside, the lobby, dining area, workout room, business center and hallways were kept neat, clean and as dry as possible.

A basket of complimentary major brand cookies greets you at the front desk. The desk staff is friendly and efficient. The room was large and the furniture was very comfortable (but don’t turn the temperature on the heater past 1/3 even in a snowstorm or you’ll roast). Everything looked brand new except the bathroom, which had clearly been remodeled. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water (and we were on the top-floor end room). Our room had a refrigerator and microwave.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Oh, and to the person who wrote that this place had “no glitz and glory”, I hope he meant simply that you were not paying for upscale fluff. This place had most everything you could want… and the décor is quite nice. They even place different types of vending machines on various floors so you can get your exact preference: Coke or Pepsi, bottles or cans, etc.

There is a WalMart super center nearby for your grocery and shopping needs. There is also plenty of food nearby. McDonalds and Burger King are right at the hotel driveway entrance. For quality dining, try the Peak City Grill (126 N. Salem Street.) or the Ocean Grill (also on N. Salem Street). Friendly owners, good food, and a full bar at each. The Peak City is a beautiful historic-type building with an impressive martini bar and live entertainment on the weekends.

Very nice hotel. Easy access to interstates and Holly Springs, Cary, Fuquay, Willow Springs. Staff was very nice. Free wireless internet. Free breakfast. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage along with the traditional bagels and cereal. Small workout room. Business center. I think there was a pool I can't remember. The bedding was comfy. Bathroom spacious and very clean. I was really impressed at how clean it was.. the carpet, the bathroom tile and floor even the windows were very clean. Towels were fluffy. Will stay again!

“A wonderful place to stay!”

I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about my stay here. The hotel is easily accessible from several main roads, but far enough away from the street that there is no noise. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is not only friendly but goes above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay perfect. For example, I left my pillow behind and before I could get home, the fantastic front desk crew had phoned me to tell me that they would be mailing it to me. I will definitely stay here when I return to Apex.

“Very good for the price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 May 2007

My sister and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in May, 2007. Good location, easy to find and close to the hiway. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again.
By the way, the bed linens were super. We both slept so soundly.
