Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel through the middle of September , and the weather was nice and warm, with a nice breeze.
we first booked up to go to magnific hotel in gumbet, which we were well and truly looking forward to, but four days before we got a call saying the magnific was overbooked, so we had to find a new hotel with travel republic with whom we booked with, of which was the worst service throughtout the whole experience(travel republic).
We got to the hawthorn Karaca and it looked great as we got to it, but it was high up the mountain and the bus driver left us at the bottom to walk up it(really steep hill)
The hotel was nice and relaxing, The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was kept clean, and the place looked really nice.
The only thing is that the hotel was a 25 minute walk from the town front, But they did have a shuttle which was free, times were 10:30am to town, 13:00 pick up at supermarket for return, then 13:30 down to town, then 19:00 pick up back to hotel.
The food was very turkish it was olives and fresh fruit and veg in the morning and night, due to the majority of the people in hotel were turkish, we were the only english there, just be prepared to eat out every night if you are not turkish.
Prices for beer and wine was far to expensive, we had to buy our own for the pool. also there was a mosque which played at half 5 in the morning on its doorstep.
All in all a very good holiday i enjoyed my stay and it was clean and everyone was friendly, would definately return for a relaxing time!!
