where do i begin??? i"ve been back for a week now and i"m still horrified. i"ve read the other reviews and they speak of the green pool, well it went brown/black. that hotel needs shutting down, no burning down! i tried daily to get us moved but no joy. the food? well the smell, the lack of it meant my meals were eaten out. that was my 3rd trip to turkey and have never in my life seen such a poor quality of hotel l!!!!!! words can not describe just how bad this hotel is. as for the cats- i am a cat lover and found the one which was known as scar face because half his face had been bitten off very upsetting. my mother felt so sorry for the poor thing she got some meat ( only god knows what type of meat) and gave it to him, well my friends, scar face had one paw in the grave i"ve seen bigger mice. however even he wouldn"t eat it!!!! if you"ve booked to go there change now. if your foolish enoughto go do feed scar face. he"s a survivour and i reckon will live on ha ha ha . helen, knutsford.

After 8 days the full story has Unfolded
The pool is fish Pond green and not been cleaned for 3 days,about the same time the wine rAn out and vodka is sporadic
The room stoPped being cleaned and the towels are all a bit bloodied and brown
Beds are unmaid and the food has taken a turn for the worse
Overall you need to be non expectant of English standards but ok for less

we arrived at 4am the 27th june to be told we had no rooms booked for 9 of us and we had the confirmation in October we had to stay in the foyer 9 of us on 2 sofas 5 chairs.
we was not given any drinks had to wait till the next morning to get it sorted at 11 oclock turkey time. ll we heard was complains from the current visitors about horrible food, rooms, no hot water and ran out of booze 2 days before we arrived. what we did see the of the food it looked horrible.

We arrived at this hotel around 4am in the morning, we were greeted by other brits telling us to go back this hotel is awful, it had ran out of beer a few days earlier, the pool was green and dirty, there was no hot water, the food was NOT edible!!We walked into reception to be told we didnt have a reservation and that there was nothing they could do for us, and had no rooms for us to stay in!!We ended up stopping in the foyer on chairs as we didnt know what to do, the only drink we were eventually offered was tap water!The staff weren't friendly and seemed to find the situation very funny. As the morning progressed we found more brits telling us more horror stories regarding the hotel. How people had changed rooms that many times and to accept a room on the first floor, luckily for us in the afternoon we finally managed to get transferred to a lovely hotel and didn't have to stay at this hell hole!!!!Ignore what travel agents say this isn't even a 1 star hotel, there were flys everywhere and no one that spoke to us could say anything positive about the hotel!!!!!!!
