hi 2 every1 reading this.... i stayed in parkim palace in june of this year and ı cant find the rite word 2 sum up the hotel.. location...staff...facilities r all exellent is an under statement and degrading... the only thıng i dıdnt like is we went half board and i wasnt that fussed on food but then again i dont like salads and thru an illness i hav cant eat dıfferent veg... which their just happend 2 b loadz of.... but everything else was totaly amazıng esp the love swings and bıg bean bags under the palm tree lying on r own private part of the beach with kidz park beside 4 any1 wıth kidz.... and staff cudnt of been more attentive esp amhet who has a tımes for everythıng from fresh orange juıce 2 tea times!!!! and only 2 willıng 2 go out of hıs way to do anythıng 4 u ınfact all the staff r lıke thıs... ıts lıke brıngıng the hılton from uk 2 turkey... and perfect 4 any1 wıth walkıng dıffıcultıes r dısabled as thıs all catered 4.... and any1 wıth a specıal occasıon b prepaıred 2 b made a fuss over ı celebrated my 30th b.day theır and was treated lıke a queen....

This hotel was a great find. Probably one of the best in the Gumbet/Bodrum area. Two weeks wasn't enough here.

The hotel is set in a stunning garden, with flowers, banana plants, shrubs, lemon trees, cats and even a family of tortoise. The pool was large and with plenty of sun loungers. This environment made for a wonderful setting.

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the centre of Gumbet. Beach is at back of hotel, main street at front door. Two dolmus stops nearby. Easy walk to bar street, shops, and restaurants. Every thing is at the hotel or close by. However it was not noisy, and very relaxing in the grounds or by the pool.

All the staff can speak English. They are very helpful and friendly, from the cleaners to the reception area.They made you welcome and couldn't do enough for you.


The rooms were very clean, bedding and towels changed daily. Our balcony opened onto the picturesque garden. There was free air conditioning too. The mini bar was over priced, so we just refilled it with drinks bought from the shop across the street, and they never knew.


Food was fine, if somewhat limited in choice of evening meal dishes rather than the quality of them. What we ate in the hotel was OK, but often we took advantage of the hotels guests 30% discount. In the Park Steak Restaurant great food deal with a 3 course steak meal and wine for £6. Beat that. Or 30% off the Green Dragon Chinese,which was again top value for money and a wide ranging choice of dishes. Hotel has three of four bars in its grounds, with BOGOF drinks offers most nights.


To sum up this is a top hotel,and great value for money. Well located, with excellent facilities, staff, and a unique setting. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

arrived here early hours of morning so dark and not able to see much, first impressions of hotel and reception were great very friendly helpful staff.After waking really pleased by great views of gardens, pool and beach right on doorstep.Rooms daily cleaned,towels etc changed daily.Food ok as long as you like traditional turkish cuisine although breakfasts catered for all eg turkish,toast,cereal,fruit,juice,tea,coffee.Overall very good hotel,very friendly helpful staff,on great location to shops restaurants,beach etc,cant wait untill next year to come back.

We have just returned from the Parkim Palas Gumbet, Turkey, we had a lovely holiday, the hotel is very clean and plesently laid out ,the gardens are beautiful,and everything in surrounding gumbet is very easily reached. The staff at the Parkim palas are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the food which is of course different to english food is very nice,I like to try different foods my children on the other hand didn,t and they were offered a childrens menu which they were pleased about.my children loved the swimming pool and were very taken to the poolside waiters and bar staff,special thanks to Amed and Ramazan for all their hard work and always so cheerful, we will definately be coming back next year Iam already looking on the net for may 08,Thanks everyone at Parkim palas for a briilliant holiday.Carolyn and Lee from Brighton
