Having stayed in this hotel towards the end of season it was quiet.
No need to get up early for sunbeds or food.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull and willing to try and help.
Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels and bedlinen daily.
Food and drink very good and plenty of it.

Hotel is located 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk into Gumbet centre.

Overall brilliant value for money and would return.

Before travelling to the hotel me and my friends read the reviews on tripadvisor and were slightly worried, but didn't take much notice as we know that it comes down to everyones personal preference. We were really pleasantly surprised with the hotel for the money we payed. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the bar was open from 10am to 11pm, the food was good and all in all the hotel was everything we needed. The location of the hotel is brilliant, a 2minute walk to the beach and less than 5minutes to bar street, passing plently of bars are restaurants on the way. We liked how the hotel is situated in quite a lively area, as walking home at night there were always lots of people around, and with just three girls we didn't want to be walking alone down dark roads. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to turkey and have a good time, and isn't looking for five star luxurious treatment, its definately suited for more down to earth people that don't have rediculous expectations.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, clean rooms, food got a bit boring but compared to what we were put in, this place was 100 times better and just perfect

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here in june for a week we got it s a last mnute deal on teletext holidays.com and and only paid £250 each for all inclusive including flights and transfers. We said to ourselves that at that price if it was wendy house in a field we would be happy yet we were pleasently surprised. I know there are some really negative reviews on here and to be honest the people that write them may want to visit Blackpool next year as they will find it more there taste. Yes there are Turkish people staying there but as yor in Turkey i dont think thats bad i mean would you complain when staying in an English hotel if some lancashire folk turned up? The rooms are clean and large they are basic but you have a tv with some satalitte channels a bath a shower a bed a loo and loads of cubboard space so i really dont know what else people could want.
The food was fine ok there was not loads of choice and the breakfast was tradtional turkish which consists of egg,cheese,bread,hams, and salad if you really don't want to try something new then a full enlish breakfast outside will only cost you £2 but come on people why travel 4 and a half hours on a plaine to eat the same stuff you do back home!
In the afternoon Burgers and chips are served around the pool and lunch is a buffett whch again is alot of Turkish stlye food and its all bloody lovely, the pool is not huge but nore is the hotel and the drinks are flowing from 10 am till midnight so if you can't drink your fill by then sorry but you have a problem.
What really made this hotel a gem for us though was its fantastic location 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to thebar streets with plenty of bars/resaurents and shops right on your door step
Overall this hotel was fine the food was good and in plentyful supplie ok its never going to be an award winner but if you want luxurey then pay more and stay in a fur or 5 star if you want bacon,sausage etc every morning don't visit a muslim country its that simple for the money this hotel was spot on, oh one last thing whoever posted the pic of the dodgy electric box the only way it could be dodgy is if you opened it with wet hands while standing in a puddle
