“Convenient, affordable, pleasant”

My fiance and I stayed at the Yali Han in August 2011. After spending several days in Istanbul we travelled to a resort in Urla that was arranged for us through my fiance's father. This resort was the nicest place I have ever been and we were blown away by the accomodations. The reason I mention this is that we were a little nervous about how our next stop (Bitez/Yali Han) was going to measure up. But we had a great time in Bitez and would recommend the Yali Han. It's certainly not the Ritz Carlton. This is a simple hotel on the beach in Bitez and in many ways is just sufficient. But the property has a simple and relaxing feel to it. It's not pretentious. The rooms are just steps from the beach and hotel bar/restaurant. It's very convenient to step out onto the boardwalk and walk through Bitez to a restaurant or bar. The view from the hotel is spectacular. If you're looking for an affordable option in Bitez and do not require lots of amenities then I think the Yali Han is a great choice.

as other's have said.. I don't want to reveal this hotel to others as it is so lovely - I never want to try and book and find it full! However, that isn't very fair to the owners Camilla and Ali and their wonderful staff. This hotel is, as everyone who stays there once says, a real gem. In August I spent 2 wonderful weeks in suite 24 and am returning this Friday for a&nother week - sadly the suites are all full (see!) but I'm sure I will still love staying there.

Room Tip: try and reserve a suite

“Nice place, friendly staff, receptionist was not overly welcoming”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 August 2011

This hotel was very nice, in a good location and had great staff at the bar/restaurant. The pool was really nice and you can access the beach right beyond the pool. However, I felt the receptionist was not very friendly or accommodating. In addition, as this is a beach hotel, they did not provide any towels for the pool/beach which was quite disappointing. Further, I contacted the hotel with a few questions prior to arriving and they actually responded to my email after I had arrived.

Well too begin with, my wife and i have been too turkey about 18 times so far, Olu Deniz, Alanya, etc, and stayed in many hotels, but we must say the yalihan has by far been our best stay yet. We booked the upgraded j/suite and can honestly say we could not find fault. We arrived in the early hours in a smart vehicle and were led directly from that to our room ( no carrying your own suitcase here bless him, he carried both ) On entering our room he politely and promptly left us to it. This is a nice touch on arrival as you are tired and dont need that horrible formality of checking in after a long trip filling in forms etc.... just nice cup of tea or coffee and feet up. ..Room was lovely, massive bed, massive wardrobe, big bathroom, lovely big lounge, spotless , really clean, air con both ends of room, beautiful balcony, excellent views looking out to sea. Best location, excellent service. Well done Ali and Camilla. Love Bitez and will return.

Room Tip: we paid more for the upgraded suite 24 but rooms 20,21,22,23 slightly smaller were just as nice.

“What an excellent hotel - we loved it that much we have booked already for 2012”

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Yali Han Hotel. We loved it that much we have already booked again for 2012. The owners Ali Uz, Camila and all their staff have a wonderful hotel. We booked the upgraded Junior suite rm 24 and what can i say, the room was enormous, with a king size bed, loads of wardrobe space, large bathroom, large lounge with a sofa bed and a balcony with wonderful views of the pool and the bay of Bitez.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was cleaned and floors bleached every single day.
As from previous reviews on Trip advisor the Yali Han is a Gem and deserves an excellent review on trip advisor.
The hotel board basis at the hotel was bed and breakfast. The breakfasts we lovely turkish style, but they did provide cereals, toast and jams. My son also enjoyed them. Snacks and meals were served throughout the day and we sampled some of the menu.
Cockails and beers were also sampled of course.
The guys who work within the hotel were great and we had lots of fun with them. My son who is 13 years even went swimming with one guys. All staff are very friendly making our holiday such a special one. We used the hotels sun beds at the hotel and also on the beach and we had a very enjoyable time here at the Yali Han Hotel.
