After a stay with Saff and Ann you will find everything is not a problem, This fantastic family run appartments has delightfull view's of the harbour. Clean and spacious rooms with a huge bed a shower big enough for two and hot water every time. Saff, Ann and the team alway's have a smile and are happy to accomodate your needs. My husband is vegitarian and this was not a problem as the menu has several veggie options.
After a day's shopping in Bodrum and a dolmus ride back to the appartments, a shower was called for before dinner. "Where are my new shoes! i asked my husband, i had bought the most beautiful bright pink leather sandals in Bodrum- not something you could replace at home and they were missing.
My husband had left the bag on one of the many hundred's of dolmus busses.
We spoke to Saff and asked if there was a phone number or a lost property, Not a problem he said i wll look it up. After working out it was a Bitez bus Saff took me to the bus station to report the shoes missing. The gentleman in the bus office said he would radio the drivers to check their busses and we were to go back the next day.
The next day myself and my husband went to the bus office, the gentleman working there was a differnet man and new nothing about my lost bag. Gone forever my beautiful shoes and i did'nt even get to wear them! After returning to the appartments Saff was not happy about the missing shoes and drove me back to the bus station. He spoke with the man in the office and then worked out the number of the bus we were on- he then got the mobile number of the driver and spoke to him- "the bus will be back at the bus station at twenty past eight" said Saff. We drove back to the appartment's and began dinner " Don't forget Tracy Twenty past eight we have to go to the bus station" said Saff. At twenty past eight once again Saff took me to the bus station and there was the 8080 bus- Saff spoke to the driver and there in the back of the bus were my beautiful pink shoes! "You are smiling" said Saff " I don't like to see my customers not smiling " Nothing was too much trouble- Thank-you so much Saff i am waring my pink shoes as i write this review.
Great people, great food, clean and tidy rooms, spotless pool and bar area and a stunning view.
We will be back to The Queen Appartments.
