This hotel is not even a 3 star hotel, its not even 1 star if you ask us.
We can start with the room; when we came inside the floors was not even cleaned well, there was hair and dirt next to the beds. The entrance walls had a lots of mold and water spots everywhere. In the information it stood that they changed the sheats every third day, but this never ever happened in one week. The tap in the bathroom didnt function very well, it splashed water all over us everytime we wanted to wash our hands.

The service on the hotel was a joke! They didnt even wanted to ask us if we wanted anything to drink during our meals. One guy asked us ONE time what we wanted to drink but we never got what we ordered haha, that was a big joke.
One time at breakfast a guy was preparing to take away our finished plates, his hands and arms was already full and we were just waiting for everything to crash down and what happened, he DROPPED everthing on my husband. My husband got dirty on his clothes and the waiter picked up the cutlery and plates and gave my husband a pat on the back and smiled! Disaster!!!!
No service at all, these people had no idea about service.

We bought all-inclusive one week and we can say that this hotel did not offer any all-inclusive. The dinner between lunch and supper costed! We did not even get free bottles of water (they costed aswell), instead we had to fill empty bottles from a water container and then bring those to the room.

The food was so so! you could eat it but there were no variation, same food everyday. Boring! Mostly of the time the food tasted very bad.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the POOL. The pool was really nice, we enjoyed it very very much.

Bodrum is a lovely place and we have been there 6 times and this was the worst experience ever. Honestly you can find much much better hotels to stay at and for a cheaper price.

Good luck with the hotel searching! Bodrum is the best charter city in Turkey!

Went there in 2004. Food was included in our stay and the food was actually quite good. I mean, the money paid it was pretty good.

Staff was generally good, allthough the manager was quite arrogant.

Nice pool and rooms was "Turkey" standard, which means a little bit below standard.

Bitez is a 10-15 minutes Dolmus ride from Bodrum.

We went to the Milas market on a tuesday - fantastic market allmost "Tourist - Free". Local bus from Bodrum bus station.

Very nice hotel. Eventhough its situated in a tourist area it remains a small piece of Turkey. Nice friendly staff, good rooms, great common-areas.

Highly recomm.
