It upsets me that many people are critical and lack appreciation for this hotel. It's by far the best holiday I've ever had. 3 different pools, gorgeous reception area, stunning views, clubs, restaurants and bars practically on the doorstep and the staff were beyond amazing. Granted, there are many steps but you get used to it by the 2nd night! The food is what you expect on holiday and to me it was brilliant! Entertainment is available if you get involved! We arrived in the early hours and were attended to straight away and shown our rooms. The air conditioning didnt work at first but we rang reception and it was fixed within 10 minutes. To all those people who can appreciate the beauty this place offers, it is a lovely hotel and I'd recommend it to everyone! Cant wait to go back :)

the service was very poor the staff did not know what to do going round like headless chickens.choice of drinks for all inclusive was very poor there was beer vodka gin and raki.we asked for a packed lunch we got a sandwich no drink we asked why they told us we had to pay even for water.kath the rep wasuseless we never saw her after the first day.the food wasvery poor.not a good choice chicken and turkey wehad lamb once in 2 weeks.

Had a wonderful time at the Art Bodrum Hotel, After a long trip from Istanbul, our family was tired and restless, we were given great service upon entry and continued great service with the duration of our stay. The food was graet - a lot of choice. The only downfall was the steps- I always seem to get lost. Apart from the steps, the Hotel is well maintained and clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Cheers.

my partner and I were origionally staying in another hotel (club shark) only to be told just a week before travelling that we had been moved to art bodrum due to the club shark closing for the winter. When we were showed to our room it was awful. It was really small, dark, dirty, no air con or heater, thin dirty sheets on the 2 single beds (we had booked a double room) there was a hole in the bathroom door, grime in the shower, loose flush on toilet and leaking shower. We went to the reception to complain and asked to be moved, the staff were very rude and didn't speak much english. We were told (in few words) that the larger rooms (in the hotel) were booked up til the next day. We spent 1 night in that room and that was enough. The next morning we went to complain again and eventually got moved to a bigger room inside thehotel, this room was lovely. Food is very hit and miss, sometimes you went and it was ok and others it was inedible! We went out to eat quite a lot. Snacks were cake and biscuits (not my idea of snacks). The views from the hotel are gorgeous. I would recommend the turkish bath in the hotel. Entertainment is practically non-existant (music playing). All in all we didn't have a bad holiday but this hotel is definately not 4star for accommodation or food!
