“Turkey burgers@gumbet.com!!”

This is possibly the wrong title of a review but is the truth. Me and my girlfriend arrived at the la luna late in the evening and were greeted with a cat mauling a bird to death as we left the reception. We were then taken to a room that seemed to be in a relatively suitable area but it was in the dark. Having payed extra to have a double bed walking into the twin room was a huge disappointment, the concierge then forgot to tell us he wanted a tip and just stood in the doorway for around 5 minutes.
One of the beds was clearly broken and could be heard from outside when someone sat on it. The following morning we were awoken by a ludicrously early maid service so we took the oppurtunity to go and see the breakfast and explore the hotel. Never before have i seen things from the previous days dinner used as breakfast for the next day, but this happened each day over our 7 day experience. The food was very repetitive and as the title states we had some form of turkey burger for every evening meal. The pool wasn't cleaned in any way until the evening we left and the staff were some of the rudest, most vulgar, innapropriate people ever encountered.
The only positive taken from this our first holiday together was that the people we spent the week with were very friendly and we couldn't have asked for better company. All in all i wouldn't advise people to book into this hotel because it is lacking in every area possible for a resort. People are much better of going to another area of Turkey because Gumbet isn't at all worthy of being given out free as a present let alone hundreds of pounds each.

Room Tip: Don't! Find a nicer area and hotel.

Me and my partner went to the la Luna hotel the last week in October , and I can safely say we WONT be returning again . We arrived early hours in the morning so we were tired and wanted to go to bed , after half an hour wait we got took to our room , by a young boy who wouldn't leave our room until we tipped him . The next day we went down for breakfast wher there was food warmed up from the night before . Dinner was the same and tea was too , flies were around the food constantly , if u like turkey burgers yourll love this place !
The pool wasnt cleaned the whole time we was ther , the staff wer rude , smelly and pervey !! No separate towels for sun beds we wouldn't recommend this hotel for a dog ! All staff wer smokin weed , was horrific especially when there was young children , was a disgrace

Room Tip: Sort it out , it's makin you like terrible

“Perfect Value for Money Hotel”

I have been in CLub La Luna with my girlfriend last October, this place has been recently renovated, nice rooms with wooden flooring, lovely gardens' restaurant and the animation areas, they even had archery in the hotel. The food had variations but I should say that I'm not that picky either. The location is well known with it's nightlife, the hotel was 5-6 min walking distance to the clubs & bars it also had a lovely sunset. Lots of things to do nearby such as you can visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world which is Mausoleum of King Mausolos, St. Petrus's Castle Ancinet Theater and windmills. Lovely destination the service in the hotel was way beyond than I was expecting comparing to price / value copmarison.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room as for the building next to the reception area

“Amazing Holiday”

We were really worried about going on this holiday after reading the reviews but we had nothing to worry about it was brilliant very friendly staff, nice and clean, and the food was always good and lots of variety i'm a really fussy eater and was worried incase i didn't like anything but i never went hungry there was always something, animation team are a great crowd they made you feel at home always smiling and laughing and entertaining us will miss them all loads and can't wait to see them again when we go back. the hotel is in a great location everything is just on the door step from the busy pubs and clubs to the nice quiet pubs and restaruants to water sports, camel rides and lots of shops u can also book any of the excursions in the town which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and they will pick you up from the hotel and bring you back again, we went to the dolphin park and a boat trip both of them highly recommended they were amazing, never a dull moment at la luna and will defo be going back again :) thank you la luna xxx
