We arrived at the hotel at approx. 4:30 in the morning, tired and looking forward to relaxing in our rooms and getting a good nights sleep! We walked into reception to be greeted by a row of dead plants - it wasn't a good start! We were taken to our rooms which were dirty, ripped carpets, light fittings hanging out of the wall by wires and one of the 2 rooms had one tiny window - it was like a prison! We expected basic for the price, but atleast expected it to be clean and in good working order. We requested to change rooms as we did not feel these were acceptable, however we were told the hotel was full. Next morning we went and got air con - which worked to some extent in my room (made it more bareable) but my friends didnt even work - it was roasting, hotter in the room that it was outside (late 40C in the day and 30C+ at night!) Personally I would have not got a wink of sleep if I was in there! To top the rooms off they did not get cleaned and poo came up through my friends shower as the bathroom flooded. We were told that there was not another room they could have so they had to stay in there with no bathroom to use all night! The pool was dirty, but it was soo hot we did bravely got in it! The bar side food for lunch was nice enough and the evening meal was suprisingly of a good standard. However, there was only one option of starter, main and desert which totally defeated the purpose of going half board where I thought I would be able to pick my food as I have a sensitive stomach - not happy! I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone! If you have booked to go here - just laugh it off or you will cry!

We stayed at the Harmony for 1 week in September and had read the reviews beforehand and although worried slightly didnt think it could be that bad!! (understatement). The hotel location is great and a short walk to the Marina but the hotel has gone to rack and ruin, only 4 staff to run it and no housekeeping services, we changed our own bed, towels etc, room dirty and small and tiny balcony, pool filthy and I didnt go in it once, a bar with no beer (or anything else) no money exchange as they had NO money, everything looks shabby and it should be shut down until its back up to its former glory. Emre (barman and reception) was really helpful and spoke good english but seems he was left to run the place once the managers had left earlier this year. We made the most of our week getting out and about and seeing local sights. Bitez beach was a godsend and a short dolmus ride away and a lovely retreat from the hell hole of a hotel, also Borum and Gumbet are nearby and a nice walk to both. We used the hotel as a base and were out everyday as couldnt spend any time there as it WAS so awful. We made some nice friends there (who all felt the same). We used the Hadi motel opposite a lot for the pool, bar and evening meal and they were really friendly, which made up for the lack of it at the Harmony. I felt I had to write this review to let anybody coming out to the Harmony to think twice before booking and although it is at the cheaper end of the spectrum you do at least expect the basic's, which unfortunately this hotel has not. I had thought it couldnt be that bad but im afraid it was actually worse.

my friend and I had a brilliant time,never been to Turkey before it was an experience.The friends we met made it for us laughed from the start off the holiday to the end.Faulty Towers is what we named it.The staff were all very nice and anything we asked for we got,we were half board the food was lovely and if we didn't like what was on the menu e.g fish they made us something else.my only complaint was no ice the first week so bought my own which they kept in freezer for me.always had vodka for us or got it if needed.Met the owner Fred ,he's a real goer he got the music on ,got us drinks ,and even danced with everybody,had a ball reguardless of all the faults.Special thank you to all the staff especially emery,cello and the chef jean-claude-van-dam.Thanks again for a holiday we'll never forget.All the best to Emery and Hazel on your wedding chef for the birth of his baby and Cello on his english.

I would not give any rating and i agree with all the comments and more.
All i have to say is NEVER, NEVER AGAIN and every one who hashad the misfurtune of stayed there should have their money back.
