i wouldnt advise anybody to go to this hotel i had to take a taxi every time i wanted to go into town, which u had to because the bar closed at 11pm and there was no entertainment at all so by 11pm you was bored ridged, the hotel staff was nothing but rude from moment we got there none of them even smiled, the only staff that as nice was the bar men erol and aladdin. our room was ok but balcony could only fit me on it so if ur on the larger side theres no chance and same for the shower cubical, i went for a turkish bath in the hotel n had my bikini top pulled off n my breasts groped, i was discusted, having been to turkey many times n always loved the turkish baths and turkish people im now totally put off, our rep aykan did nothing but sit on one of the two computers available to guests talking to his blonde girlfriend on webcam day n night n basically didnt care about your problems only times he left his computer was when there was another blonde young girl in sight! n for me gumbet as a place wasnt much better with no beach n sky high prices for the normally dirt cheap turkish prices, but even if gumbet sounds the place for you believe me this hotel is not!!!! (especially not for a group of young girls, you wouldnt be safe)

i go every where with an open mind ,
but i was less than impressed with this hotel ,stayed here all inclusive food a little on the bland side "trying to cater for the tourists" so ate out most of the time & it is more like a 18 / 30 rave hotel than family oriented one ,staff a little rude unless you are spending .
on the plus side you can walk into bodrum 30 mins with some fantastic views or gumbet 15 mins ,these places are expensive by turkeys normaly cheap rates & this leaves you with the feeling your gettin ripped off £3 a pint .a meal for 2 adults & 1 child on average came to £45 with a drink each . "I have been to turkey before hissaranu a meal for 3 = £22" also bodrum airport what a rip off a can of cola £5 , hot dog & chips £15 ,you are trapped once your in & they know it .
back to the hotel ,
we booked for 7 nights arrived at 15:00hrs 1st .flying home @ 03:00hrs 7th. had to check out at 12:00hrs 06th.hotel policy , cost us £55 to keep room untill 18:00hrs then we had to sit in reception .this is not uncommon in bodrum we are told but it has not happened anywhere else to us.
the history in this area is worth a visit , bodrum castle £10 in was a bargain spent a full day looking at the stone work and artifacts ,
we got scammed the first day by the rep for a trip ,it was a good trip but cost £120 to turtle beach we did not get told we would have to visit a jewelers on the return be carefull,

I always read trip advisor before I go on holiday but then make up my own mind. But this is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. So let me get to the point and not bore you with the little details.
THE ROOM:
The maids did their best to make tidy a Very grotty room, we constantly struggled for hot water. The lamps were broken, the bathroom disgusting and shower way too small and broken.

THE POOL:
It was okay but it WAS NOT CLEANED Daily at least while we were there.

THE FOOD:

Basic and after the first Few days boring. Improved alittle whilst Management were there but overall very Poor. (thank goodness for the Red Dragon Restaurant)

The worst thing for me was the cruelty of the staff towards the kittens, they were kicked, thrown and treated in such a vile way that I
Almost came to blows with one particular waiter. I spend alot of this holiday crying because of the cruelty.
Please I beg you to spend your well earned money else where. I truly think this is the pits as far as All inclusive holidays. I have travelled and don't expect much for the price I generally pay but this was so dreadful that it astounds me that they can call it a hotel. A YMCA would be a better choice. Honestly !!

Just got back having spent the half term with my partner and 4 teenage girls. Checked in at 5 in morning, no problems polite and helpful man on reception ( at airport had to wait 20 mins for passport control officers to wake up and man their posts!!). I requested rooms close to each other and this was done. Rooms were fine exactly what to expect in the med, expect a hard mattress and quirky sheets but this is how its done in Turkey. Shower cubicle small so if your on the large side you will struggle!!( do not drop the soap!!). Only BBC world on tv, but only put it on first thing in morning for news so that was fine.If you want to relax on a large balcony then don't come here as they are small, but fine for hanging things out to dry.Gave the room girl 20 lira on first morning and rooms were cleaned well all week, not much but a lot to her.
Pool lovely but cold, nice in sun around the pool with barmen collecting glasses on regular basis. Beer lovely and cold, but very limited all inclusive bar (no whiskey or brandy, only gin vodka and raiki), I wanted to pay for premium drinks but they didn't have any, so buy something at duty free in UK and bring it down to bar at night!
Food is exactly what you get anywhere in the Med, loads of vibrant salads and predominately chicken rice and pasta dishes, yes not piping hot but more than edible (the one lady who complained about there being salads every day, frankly would have benifitted from eating them every day!!).
This was the last week of the season so was very quiet, animation team was very low key as there was no demand, they cranked the music up at night and the girls had a great time, they even escort them down to the bar street and bring them back, chaperoning them all the way!
In short it was great fun break, the staff were polite and friendly, the only downside was a very embarrassing English lady who got drunk every night and was abusive to both staff and other guest!Why do us Brits let ourselves down abroad it only takes one to tarnish the rest of us!
Go with a 'my glass is half full' attitude and you will have a good time.Oh and if you don't like cats or are allergic to them this is not the place for you, we do and the kids enjoyed lots of cuddles with them!
