“Great hotel, would definitely go back!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel in August 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed! The hotel itself was always clean and tidy and generally well presented. The standard room we had was lovely and was cleaned regularly by the staff. The food was plentiful and varied; you could help yourself to everything from fresh salad and cold meat to traditional Turkish food and everything in between. The food was mostly different each day and there was always plenty of it. In addition to this, there is another restaurant upstairs (you are required to book your place here but it is included on the all inclusive offer) which serves Italian food and fish. Any visitor should definitely give this a try! The food was exquisite, the staff were great and I would go back time and again.
The pool facilities were good, always plenty of sun loungers and space despite there only being the one pool which is not massive. There was entertainment for an hour or so in the daytime and the staff also offered day trips and Turkish massages and demonstrated scuba diving techniques to the guests. There is also a beach just outside the hotel which is available to the guests; this was very pretty but we did not spend time there as we were more than happy to sit by the pool.
Evening entertainment was not the best, there was something on every night but it wasn't great. Good for a laugh. There was a trip into the town offered to us one night and the hotel has a club downstairs which opens after the evening entertainment finishes.
There is a dolmus bus running into the town from just outside the hotel. This is very cheap and a great way to see Bodrum and book any trips or excursions you may wish to go on. There is a market, various stalls and shops and a harbour which are worth a visit.
Overall I would strongly recommend the hotel, we had a great time and would return.

“Isolated Hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 November 2011

This is a nice hotel but it has several faults , British people are very much in the minority . This is immediately noticable at reception , where English is in short supply ! The food choice is OK but not great , the pool is well overcrowded , the beach is good but get down early and bag a sunbed before the Dutch and Russians !! The entertainment is poor, as are the entertainment team . At night the pool bar ( where the entertainment is ) only use flimsy plastic glasses , ( Take down drinks from bar two floors higher ) . On that subject the hotel is a tiered hotel , reception and pool ground floor , restaurant second floor, bar third floor , most rooms 3-4-5 floors . Make sure you get a sea view , as the views are to die for ( You can see Kos with ease)
The main problem is the hotels isolation !! There are no bars or anything for one kilometre and its very dark . Get the dolmus into Bodrum , its very livley but its expensive compared with other Turkish resorts , but good . The castle ect. are fab . Finally there is massive building works going on at the side of the private beach , and whereve you stand looking to sea you can't miss it , it is very off-putting . We found the bar staff and waiters great and full of fun !!!!

Room Tip: Get a sea view ! If you want to socialise find English people asap. as you may spend a quiet time .

“Tired”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 October 2011

Not a four star hotel by a long chalk and dont go near the place if you don't like or are allergic to cats and dogs !! They overrun the 'canteen' not restaurant by any streach of the imagination. Although some of this is down to some of the guests feeding the cats and even sitting eating with the animals on their laps! Using the same hands to touch the animals and then put food in thier mouths. The dogs stay outside circling . The cats were also leaving their toilet in the passage way outside my room , I asked many times for this to be cleaned up as the staff didnot seem to notice , even parking cleaning trollies next to it to go and clean the rooms! If this was in the evening my pleas would be ignored untill the cat had visited next morning and left another deposite. As we were there early October the hotel was winding down for the end of the season, the entertainment was not there, the a la carte restaurant (only one was open) closed on the second week , you could only visit them once on the all inclusive ,but you had to pay for your drinks (wine £22-25 pounds) £6 in the shops! Only beer by the pool or soft drinks......beer or red/whiye wine with evening meal ( which were greatly different in standered , day to day.) some days I was had pressed to find anything decent to eat, and I'm not a picky eater.
Rooms were cleaned every day but the mainternace was not there , hence some bits were substandered. We had a perminant brown puddle on the bathroom floor and guessed it was from the cracked shower floor , at least we hoped so! Bathroom needed a good clean in the corners and some bleach , tiles on the wall were broken and large lumps missing. Most people who were holidaying there when we were said they would never be back to this hotel.I know we wont.

“One of the most amazing sceneries from the terrace of their restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 October 2011

I only stayed for one night there, thou went there for dinner several times.
The rooms are big enough, lovely beds and nice bathroom. It was super clean, newly furnished and very quiet. The hotel is safe as there is a CCTV everywhere.
The jewel of this hotel is the most amazing view from the restaurant terrace! God bless this place. Around 6 p.m., the tourist boats start returning to the beautiful harbour of Bodrum. The scenery was almost a Hollywood style. The calm sea is full of ships, the green islands on your horizont, the sun going down sending out its gold sparkles onto the water. aaahhh.
The food in this restaurant, although its an all inclusive basis, is full of various taste. Loved their sweets.
Only one disadvantage spotted - its way too far from the centre.

Room Tip: I would book a sea view next time.
