Up the western end of the town, near the yachting marina. The advantage is that the rooms are set well out the back of the hotel, so you do not get any noise from the road at all. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is a simple array of the usual cheeses, olives, and jams plus yoghourt. Quite pricy (120 YTL per night for double room, March 2010), but I guess for Bodrum this is probably a reasonable rate for peace and quiet. You can also get Wi-Fi, but we found that the signal was a lot stronger in the reception area than in the room. The pool area is very pleasant.
Only problem is parking. We stayed in late March when things were pretty quiet and we managed to get a space in the street. You have to pay 5 YTL per night for this. If it was much busier then you would have serious trouble parking the car anywhere near, and once past the hotel, you would have to drive all through Bodrum again, because of the strict one way system.
Other reviews mention that there are signs saying that no food or drink (including bottled water) are allowed in the hotel and they are right – these are everywhere and only in English. Pretty pointless really, as you do not need to go through reception to enter the hotel area and it creates a feeling that is actually unjustified, as the staff could not be nicer.
