I often stay at Radissons, this one is clearly one of the worst. The quality of the building itself is poor with bad heating and isolation, Even though I was pretty high up and in a business suite, I could hear the heavy Ankara traffic outside all night and I was freezing. Also, something odd happened to me: During my 3 nights stay, I had someone ringing my door bell a couple of times 2 nights in a row.... vanishing when I woke up and finally got out of the bed to check. Restaurant serves OK food and has a buffet. Avoid it if you can as there are plenty of very nice and cheap restaurants in Ankara.
There are many better choices of hotels in Istanbul, the Radisson is far too expensive for the service you get.

I would like to express how sorry I am to read of your discomfort due to the room temperature. I initiated a study on this and the results clearly showed our settings of the heating systems were efficient enough during your stay. Although the centralised system was set, the cold and snowy weather outside gave a room temperature of below 20 degrees. Rest assure we have taken action to prevent further discomfort from reoccuring due to outside temperatures.
I have also taken a serious note re your comment of the disturbance in your room. I was very upset to read this and please accept my sincere apologies for this most inexcusable incident. We will investigate deeply from our camera records.
Since you have already checked out from the hotel I can not do anything to make it right for you during the concerned stay. However, please allow me to welcome you back to our hotel in the future.
