Very nice place to stay. price is very reasonable, hotel is very clean, modern and beautiful. staff very friendly and rooms are very nice, clean and larg. good location. I recommand this hotel for anyone visiting Ankara. Breakfast was included and many variety of food and fruits. If I ever travel to Ankara, this is the hotel I would stay.

We stayed only one night, thank goodness. The staff was less than helpful, the wifi didn't work, our television didn't work.

It looks good, but could have been cleaner.

I wouldn't really recommend unless you get a really good price.

From the outside the hotel seems to be nice,but many in our group,including us, spent an uncomfortable night.The carpet in our room really needed to be cleaned. I didn't want to walk on it with bare feet. Others in our group said there was old food on theirs.No matter what we did the air conditioner didn't work, so that left us no other option but to open the screenless window and hope no insects flew in. The lobby and dining room seemed nice,though the front desk was not very helpful when we had some problems initially with our key card and getting the power on in our room.Since we only spent one night here on a group tour, I can't comment on location.

I had read some opposite reviews about this hotel in TripAdvisor before my travel, and I was so confused about it! I went to the Surmeli Hotel in Ankara and it was very good hotel... very comfortable rooms, so clean, very polite and kind staffs, various and delicious breakfast, high speed internet connection and totally I had a memorable travel in Ankara and specially in Surmeli Hotel :)
