Generator was running one night could not get any sleep, breakfast was cold every morning, people smoked on non-smoking floor, bathroom smelled half the time probably due to age of their plumbing...Look elsewhere!!!

I have stayed in a few Dedeman Hotel but this one was not one of the best. I liked the location since it was convenient for the meetings I was attending. The hotel seemed old and outdated. The room I stayed was rather noisy so I don't think I would be back (again other rooms might be perfectly fine). I have tried another hotel recently (again five star, but very new). Many things were not right about it (food etc) but I had a perfect sleep.

I am Tour Leader working with an International Tour Operator. Travelling around 300 days a year and have stayed from Borneo to paris in all star hotels. This hotel is definetely not a 5 * hotel not even can be 3*. Above all this hotel is dirtiest hotel I stayed in last three may be even five years. Rooms stink in all kinds of smell. You think you are in a poisonous atmosphere. All public areas of hotel stinks and filty. There is enormous construction going on in the back side of the hotel. It is literally impossible to stay in the rooms because of noise. windows are locked and airco doesnt work. I had keep room door open. service is worst, breakfast is not tidy.
Bed is I am sure several decades old. dirty smell and sinks when you lay down.
I cant find workds to describe dirty look in the rooms and corridors. They even have not been bothered giving answer when I complained.
I will write a complaint letter to Turkish Ministery of Tourism.

I stayed in this hotel and I was very disappointed. Surly this is not a five star hotel. The room service sucks. They are very slow. The club sandwich was a dissaster!! Its expensive and not worth at all.
