When entered in the hotel with a few business colleagues, just approaching to the reception dest we had already decided to stay elsewhere if we could. But we could not , since all other business hotels were fully booked. The clientele of the hotel is not consistent, casual or business, the hotel management should decide. Room comfort was also mediocre, not even close to the 5-star quality standards a frequent-travelling business person expects. There are much better Dedeman Hotels in other cities.
