Mould in bathrooms; in the bedroom ceilings, in the fan grills is UNACCEPTABLE!

This hotel deserves anything but 4-star! (i give it no star)

What a horror!

We booked this hotel online. We decided to visit Ankara during Ramadan. The hotel is located next to the shopping area, many restaurant are availeble. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast room is large and breakfast is served from the early morning hours. You can park the car just infornt of the hotel and leave the keys at the reception. We would recommend this hotel.

i only stayed at this hotel for 5 hours and i had to leave the city..while i was checking out they charged me extra..the reason was because my friend came to vcarry my luggage for about hour and half and thats why i got charged extra because some one stayed with me..which i didnt even stay over night..only some one helped me to carry my bags and stayed with me for little while..i try to talk but i got nothing..it was redicilous.i wouldnt recommend to any body..they dont tell you ,but if you get charge for stupid reasons wouldnt be suprise..you might be stalking in this place be very careful..

The hotel was located at the downtown of Ankara. Shopping center is very easy to reach, it takes just few minutes. My trip was in Ramadan therefore I enjoyed the offers of many retaurants. The room was tidy and clean. The staff were helpful. they start serving breakfast at 6:30 am. They have free of charge internet service. they take care of your car infront of the hotel.
