I stayed here for one night on a business trip due to business meetings in the area.
I had called the night before to organise a car to pick me up at the airport, however on my arrival there was no car. The hotel service at the airport after checking my booking form several times, organised a car with driver through Avis for me. Considering there was no car, it was organised quite quickly, and was off to brave the Manilla traffic.
On arrival at the hotel, the front desks ladies advised their system was down, even with my priority card number they could not find my booking, they used my booking form to find my room and rate. Surprisingly even though my booking was made through PriorityClub they had not added my PriorityClub number to the room, anyway it all worked out.
Had the King Executive which is a very large room, large bathroom, desk etc. All was good in the room. Hotel is joined to a mall, which was very convenient when I found that my shampoo had entirely leaked in my bag and needed to buy more!
Breakfast was a large breakfast buffet, good quality food and selection.
After my meetings I asked the hotel to organise a car to the airport, and was quite disappointed when they organised an old, smelly taxi. There were 3 of us going to the airport and we were squashed in the back, peak hour traffic, and smelling oil or some head dizzying fumes that was coming from the engine.
Overall the hotel is in a good area for business, and overall experience was quite good. Would stay here again.
