Fernandina 88 Suites is indeed an excellent 3 Star hotel. I was on a holiday in the Philippines last November and stayed at the Fernandina 88 Suites for 3 nights (November 27 to 30, 2011). I booked online a Single Room Suite. The room size is acceptable, though the airconditioners are a little noisy and the TV is somewhat also obsolete, guest is given a buffet breakfast, free wifi and a complementary one hour full body massage for 2 for every 2 consecutive nights stay. There is also a daily replenishment of 2 bottle of water complete with tea and coffee bar. The hotel location is very excellent, though noise coming from the neighborhood can be heard even at the top floor of the hotel, guests can still be assured of a good night sleep. Security is 24/7 which is good :-).
