I have stayed in several five-star hotels but I must say that my stay in Diamond hotel is one of the most memorable. The staff were all facilitative. Room service is fast and very efficient.

The things the like are as follows:

1. The pool on the second floor is really nice. My nephews and nieces enjoyed it. My mom particularly loved the jacuzzi.

2. The place is very secure. You will see hotel staff making a regular rounds.

3. Consistent room service. Although, I must say that I did not get my complimentary soaps on the 3rd-5th day. I stayed there for more than 10 days.

Room for improvement:

1. I love the breakfast buffet but it is too expensive. P1000/head.
2. Lighting in the corridors can be improved.
3. There are times when you call the front desk calls are unanswered.
4. It's P11,000.00 per night. So, expensive. (But worth it) I hope you can give promos.

Great place to stay for a business trip, food is very expensive in the restaurant compared with usual Metro Manila prices but there are a few places you can get to close by, it is close to the sea, views are amazing
Close to Robinsons Mall for loads of shopping. But get a cab as the streets arent the safest after dark
i also attended a conference in the hotel which was well catered and organised

Moved to this hotel after staying at another hotel close by. Diamond hotel was simply fabulous. Spa nice and massage very good, however, jacuzzi was too hot to get into and tile needs to be updated but otherwise spa is nice with ESP nice personnel. Outdoor pool is only 3 feet and loads of bugs so something needs to be done about this as well. Overall our stay was incredibly nice. Would definitely go back. Rooms, lobby, travel services, buffet were an A++.

I fly back and forth from Afghanistan roughly twice a year, and this was my first experience staying at the Diamond in Manila (Club Level/room). And over all it was a pleasant stay......might I add its a step up from the Heritage club rooms....which we normally stay at. My wife and i found the bed most comfortable....absolutely the best night sleep i have gotten in months. The Rooms themselves, as noted by others.....are a bit dated.....but ours was still in decent condition...the view was awesome as well. When we stay....we tend to order in vice go out......I found the Diamonds room service well above average fare....they were timely, the food was appetizing and there was plenty for the price. Diamond - your pizza was KILLER!!! I'd come back just for that.... The breakfast was a little light....could have used a few more items for the price of the room. Check in and out was speedy and hassel free........might I add.....the Diamond does not knickle and Dime you as the other place I mentioned. Think this might be my hotel for a few more trips:-)
