There is a lot to commend this Hotel and the location is excellent, Seychelles has its issues however and a weak economy means that some items taken for granted can be in short supply. (e.g orange juice) The Hotel is probably the largest on the island and Berjaya have certainly had to spend a lot on bringing the place up to current standards.
The half board was a disappointment and over priced because you are treated to a lower standard, better to go 'a la carte' especially the Pizzeria which is the hidden gem of the hotel and needs renaming they should use this for breakfast and everything else, the Chinese/Cantonese was we thought rather poor but it must have something we missed as it was quite busy.
I spoke with the Manager and think is he is very switched on, still there are wonderful beaches and it was a good holiday, we would go back but would also want a lift and somehow the concrete floors to be dampened for sound so Berjaya still have a lot to do.
