I am very sad to say that this hotel is representing Novotel Brand (Accor) but this property does not have anything that an Accor property should have, the service is very poor, no hospitality at all, at check in the girl was (Naurina) did not even bother to have an eye contact but busy with another colleague, the only thing she said to us was Hi and Thanks, she did my check-in only because she had to other than that no hospitality at all, secondly my washbasin was clogged up as soon as I got to the room, I would rate the room average, furniture was worn out (maybe that's because it's an old property). Requested for an iron board got it after an hour and by calling 3 times. I was staying for 3 days bed was not made even once unless I requested (which was also done by calling the reception and waiting for a while), One thing which I found very annoying you could only use one computer on Wi-Fi, asked for another password reception said they will call back but never did, staff was not friendly at all, the water in the washbasin was rusty on the day I was checking out (I have uploaded pictures), I called reception to get my luggage as I am checking-out no one came after 15 to 20 minutes I myself because I had to catch a bus, brought my luggage down. The only good thing about this property is the location other than that nothing at all.
I stayed in Novotel Singapore just before I came to KL, amazing service and friendly staff, cannot complain, but Novotel in KL no match.
