“good location”

I've been stay there on 1-12 feb 2012. its so easy to reach the places of interests : Petaling Streer, Pasar seni, Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times square, and so on. And the important thing is its located opposite the Pudu Central Bus station, its a intercity and inter-country. Also a walk distance to KL Central Train Station. And the hotel staffs are very friendly. I'm happy to stayed there :)

“Good Service”

I live in this hotel from 8th to 10th February 2012.The counter staffs gave us good service at all.Very friendly and helpful service.The room is clean and tidy.But the air-cond still need improve.The wifi service is bad.Sometimes even I connect it,but the line is very slow.I can't open my facebook.The corridor don't have CCTV.It might be little bit danger for those come back when midnight.

We are happy and pleased with your kind and positive feedback towards our service rendered to you during your recent stay with us. Service and guest experience is our main GOAL and PRIORITY here in Citin Pudu.

Partially, we regret that the Wi-fi connection were not up to your good standard, this is due to high usage and heavy downloads at times which may causes the connection slow at your side. Nevertheless, we do provide internet station located at level 1, complimentary usage for in-house guests.

With regards to your concern on the hotel safety, the management has allocated fully trained security personnel and Front Office Assistant to ensure all our guests are taken care and definitely safe during midnight. Every floor is controlled by our security by doing their patrolling on all times without fail 24 hours.

Once again, thank you for your time and effort to note down your good experience with us and we shall wait for your next visit as our esteemed guest.

“try to find somewhere else”

we've been there for 4 nights. The room didn't have a fridge, but there was a safety box.
free wi-fi was available, but the quality descended in the corners of room (the best place in our room was in the bathroom!! ). The breakfast was quite mediocre, no variety but seemed fresh and clean. Good view of the twin towers and telecommunication tower in some rooms.noise comes directly into your room even on the 10th floor because of the construction and mosques around.
The bathroom was renewed recently, but the sheets and the carpet were quite worn-out and dirty.
The staff were helpful...
The location the moderate, the LRT is 100 meters far and 500 meters to Chinatown, but not so modern nearby

Room Tip: rooms in the back have a view of The twin tower and telecommunication tower.

“Bloodsucking bugs in bed”

I was absolutely horrified with the service and the condition of the room. My partner and I checked in over in mid December. Even though the room we booked was fully paid the hotel manager told us there was no room available for the weekend. When we did finally get the room just for the few nights before the weekend, the room was full of bad feet smell and there were bloodsucking bugs crawling onto my neck. Would not recommend to stay there at all.

Room Tip: Go to radius international hotel in bukit bintang which costs almost the same as this hotel. For a...

It pains the hearts of us here at Citin Pudu to learn of the less than fortunate experience you had here in Citin Pudu.

We apologized for the shortcomings in terms of handling your booking along with the service and products. Please be reassured that we are fully aware of the threat of this pest and we are doing all we can to eradicate it. Our newly dedicated pest control team and us are working closely and monitoring it on a daily basis to ensure that future guest would not experience the same thing like your valued self.

As it is, I would like to take this opportunity to share that Citin Pudu has zero tolerance for bed bugs.

“~Cittin - Better Choice~”

We have liaise with Cittin team to arrange a Marriage Proposal Surprise for my sister who went there on 31/12/11 with her bf. We request Cittin to help to decorate the room with Rose Petals for the Love Shape Bed, Small Candles to be place around the whole room, Balloons to be place around the room & 12pcs Rose Flower Bouquets.

What i heard from my sister is they've step in and having the check in procedure on the counter, after that they would like to take a lift and go to Level 12, and they saw a guy was holding a Flower Bouquets and stand in front the passenger lift wait for them (if not wrong should be Mr. Kiran), he never say anything and keep pushing the flower to my sister, my sister was very surprise and feel weird (she was thinking "Wah so good, stay hotel on new year still can received flower....laugh die me), then he has bring my sister and her bf go to the room and he was saying "inside still have more surprise" before he leaving....

When they open the room door and step in, they was attract with the scene......whole room decorate by many many rose petals...balloons...candles....(I've attach the room photo together with this feedback)~my sister very touching and surprise....means that the Mission is Complete~

Thanks Cittin team for the hard work and we very very love the decoration has be done....
We will recommend to our family and friends to stay at Cittin in future.......
