I was very impressed with this hotel.

The rooms were large, luxurious and well maintained.

The staff were friendly and helpful with plenty of local knowledge and able to give good advice.

A special thank you for getting me out of a bind at the end of my stay! I foolishly left my passport in the safe and didn't realise until I reached the airport. I phoned the hotel who promptly located it and sent it via taxi to the airport in time for my flight. Big relief!

I will definitely stay there again and would recommend.

After staying here for 2 months in 2011, the staff are like family...They endeavour to help you in every way humanly possible...Not the newest hotel, but to my pleasant surprise last night they have fixed the A/C issues that were a problem last year...I was actually cold last night....and that means that the HVAC system was working...

Club floor staff are amazing...they will try to accommodate (almost) any request you have....I couldnt be happier...

I returned to this property after more than a year, having experimented meanwhile with alternatives in Kuala Lumpur that were all pretty satisfying. I had an ultra-short stay this time; late night arrival and mid-morning checkout. Location drove my choice since this hotel is easy to access both by road and monorail.

In line with expectations, check-in was super-prompt, the room well-appointed and the breakfast service elaborate and elegant. One felt welcomed and at home. For the price that I paid, it was also great value for money.

Stayed here on a business trip in January 2012. Found the hotel spotless and the room was an excellent size. It was well equipped and modern. Had free internet access while I was there and the room facilities was just like working in a home office, i.e. nice glass table to work from.
Service in hotel was also excellent. Read some previous comments about the hotel staff not helping, but I can truly say that I did not experience any of this, but the opposite, a most friendly and attentive staff.
Had breakfast at the hotel. The variety and quality of food was superb. Only limitation was how much I could eat.
I totally recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the summer, but this time with my family.
Had a great view of the Petronas towers from my bedroom, and only a short walk away.
Basically central to the key KL areas - Monorail is walking distance which takes you all over the place. Also Pavilion is huge Mall with great restaurants - Only a short walk away.
