We have stayed at the Parkroyal KL for three years in a row and would definitely come back again. Singei Wang shopping mall is right across the road and everything else within short walking distances. Breakfast at hotel was great. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. My son was sick during our stay in KL and staff were extremely helpful in providing extra linen, towels etc. If you are in need of a doctor, there is an excellent one located in the hotel. We travelled as a group of seven and we all highly recommend this hotel.

Like the title states, perfect location, close to everything! Shopping malls at your doorstep and street food just a 10minute walk away down jalan alore! Great pool on level 6, rooms were nice and clean and service was great! Beds were a bit hard tho! But we would stay at this hotel again!

This is a belated review given that our stay was some 10 months ago. We stayed in this hotel as a family of 4 for 3 days. It is located very close to 6 shopping centres of various quality and size. We stayed in one of the upper floors. The room had everything that we needed with the only criticism being that the rooms are very dated and in need of a refurb. The hotel has an excellent outdoor pool and sun bathing area with modern furniture making it a nice place to stay a few hours and relax. The main restaurant on the ground level served a fanatastic selection of western and asian dishes.

The buffet breakfast was extensive and pretty much offerred most of what you would ever want to eat for breakfast. Really enjoyed this. The staff were also friendly and courteous.

I would recommend this hotel if you are after a nice place to stay that is convenient to good shopping.

my husband and I stayed here for 10 nights in january and was very pleased with our choice.
The room rates was very reasonable for a hotel of this standard. from the time our taxi arrived outside the hotel the service was great. The entrance was very modern and clean and our room which was the deluxe had enough space and was also clean. my only little complaint was it wasnt suitable for me with the shower in the bath, but they do have rooms with separate showers. the staff were very friendly with great customer service. we had room service and the food was fantastic the presentation was also fantastic.This hotel aims to please the customers. It was my birthday during our stay and they gave me a suprise complimentary birthday cake and birthday card (which tasted really good). location is so
central. we stayed at Westin before which also was a nice hotel but the location here is even better. the hotel has a pool, massage centre resturants, lounge and bar with live music open till late what more could you ask for. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will be returning ourselves.
