“Not next to the KLCC but almost there!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012

We stayed here with our kids and grandparents. Booked a two bedroom but on arrival was told that we would have to split up into two single bedroom units, which was not an issue with us. Rooms come with a semi-equipped kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom. They are not brand new but maintained well. Washing machines/dryers are at the top level next to the pool and breakfast area. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi. If you are staying on the weekends/holidays, expect to have to sit outside as breakfast area gets crowded and breakfasts are alright, not the 5 star levels in other Asian hotels. It will do the job, but then you are in KL, so you can get much better food all around the city, who cares about breakfast? Best plus point is that it was a very short walk to the KLCC and the Petronas Science Centre which the kids enjoyed.

“Ideal for family”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

We chose this hotel as we were travelling with mother and sister in law and this was ideal as we had a 2 bedroom apartment for us all. Easy check in and found we had been up graded to pemier suite on the 28th floor. One large kingsize bedroom with ensuite, bath, walk in shower ,double basins. Second bedroom 2 twin size beds with ensuite with bath and basin. Large living area with TV etc, small kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc perhaps could do with a little face list, but good china and glasses. Swimming pool on 22nd floor, great views from infinity pool open till 9pm with free towels provided, also drinks and a small food menu available.
Breakfast served from 6.30 good selection and an egg chef for scrambled, omeletes etc. a little on the small side but you can sit outside with views of the Petronas Towers. 10 minute walk to the Towers and the massive shopping centre around it, plenty of place to eat in the food hall, including KFC PizzaHut if this is your choice. Could buy it and take it back to the hotel to eat great for people with small children. There are balconies but they are locked for safety, but you could open if you wished (not on 28th floor!!)

Room Tip: High rooms are quieter

“better than home!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

the place is conveniently located very very near the twin towers, you can also get rooms with
twin towers view.there is a convenience store on the ground floor where you can get whatever you want, tthe pool was the favourite with my brother,he just wouldnt leave!!there was a smaller pool for the kids and a jacuzzi too! there is a club in the building on the ground floor too.
we loved it so much that we would just stay there and missed our genting highland trip! the people at the reception are helpful too! buffet breakfast was really nice,it was at the same floor as the pool an the spa facility! you can have your breakfast at the pool side!
the security is really really good, very safe for anyone to stay, they wont let anyone to come up without the security guy.

“top quality accomodation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

i stayed with my family for 2 nights in dec11 and found this 2 bedroom apt extremly spacious and well managed . the location is just stone throw away from twin towers and few minutes from top class shopping malls in KL . I could not have expected a better place for a large family with kids where you require large space with luxury . The swimming pool and jacuzzi is another atraction of this place and you will love it . The drawback is the size of its restaurant where it becomes crowded most of times . overall an excellent option

Room Tip: try to get rooms facing twin tower

“Service let down 1st class hotel”

Stayed here with our family group of 7 and had a 3b/r apartment - it was amazing, huge, with everything you could want or need. Location is so central to everything so easy walk to most things. Buffet breakfast at a hotel with this standard of accommodation was surprisingly disappointing. Restaurant is apparantly open until 10:30 however when we arrived at 10 we were told the kitchen had already closed and had only a small range to choose from which we decided to get delivered to the room. Room service was prompt enough but on one occasion cocktails were brought in proper glasses, but the next time we ordered we got them in disposable plastic cups!! Internet in room was good, beds were fantastic. The massage place in the hotel is AMAZING both visually and with the massages, but again the admin side of it was a let down and they called our room 3 times about an appointment only to then tell us they had double booked and we had to come at another time.

Room Tip: Three bedroom apartment is fantastic for a group of friends or large family at a very reasonable pri...
