The hotel has excellent location, all major shopping malls and tourist attractions are within walking distance.The room design are good & spacious, but the washroom facility need to be improved. There was water leaking out from the shower room even thought the door was closed. This created a messy look. Somethings good about the hotel was that they changed buffer breakfast menu everyday.. (not completely different but at least i have a great variety of food to enjoy during my few days trip). Sometimes we just get bored to have the same type of food offered if we stay at the same hotel for a few days. That's why i'm quite happy to see different food for breakfast. My package included dinner, i'd say it was a very nice dinner too! 'Big Apple' restaurant staff were very polite with excellent service but not the hotel reception staff.

The hotel as all is very good, has an excellent location & below there is a very good mall for shopping, BUT definitely they have a very big problem with their maintenance Dep., I changed during my six nights stay 3 rooms "Apt. suit", one time there is no hot water, second time the water come out of the bathroom to the floor of the room!!
Befor my trip I read a comment on the trip advisor about the maintenance also & there was a reply from the management of the hotel apologize to the guest but it seems that they still have the same problem.

The best place to stay in Kuala Lumpur is Berjaya . It has a very good location ,the room is large and very clean , the staffs are very friendly , helpful , and ready to serve . I can not say more about this great hotel . Please experience it yourself . Highly recommend to travelers for the comfortable accommodation .

We had a family of four in one room which consisted of a small kitchen area, a bathroom, separate toilet, a living area and one bedroom. The bedroom had the adult bed in it and a rollaway was supplied in the living room. A couch provided the fourth bed for our family. There was a door between the living and bedrooms which meant kids could go to bed and we could stay up a bit longer however the TV was in the living room only. The decor of the room was very dated and the room smelt a bit like a smoker had used it. However the location of this hotel is fantastic - there is an indoor theme park in the Times Square complex and easy access to the monorail. Also an easy walk to Jalan Alor (great food at night) and lots of different shopping complexes.
