We made a last minute reservation during sep 2010 it's a good hotel with all the necessities....the rooms had all the basic essentials ....nothing to complain about...it was a pleasant stay as I can remember the staff were obliging and helpful.it's located a little away from the city centre. Can visit.

We recently stayed here because we had stayed here before and like it very much. I have no issue with the room comfort and cleanliness. The standard is still there. Value for money. However I was disappointed with the breakfast. The watermelon was rotten. The bean sprouts for the curry mee was also fouled. Fortunately, the bean sprouts were removed immediately after we informed the serve staff. For a 3 star hotel, quality of food should not be compromised.

My family and friends went for a trip to malaysia.On christmas day we checked in at vistana hotel,kuala lumpur at about 6.13pm.4 rooms were ready and the receptionist told me that I needed to wait about half an hour for the 5th room.I told them that I supposed to check in at 2pm.They apologised.I told them that I am a corporate client and a frequent visitor to the vistana hotel practically every month.They immediately gave the 5th room on another floor.The breakfast buffet was very good and the coffee house was full.I enjoyed the soft boil eggs,which made my day.The rooms were clean,comfortable and spacious

hotel vistana lives up to its name by being extremely wonderful in service, location n value for money.our room was on the 14th floor from where v cud almost see our first world hotel of genting..! amazing view, plus it has a mono rail service jus a few steps away from the hotel from where we can explore d city on our own..! the rooms are always neatly done, the breakfast offered is fine. for indians, if ur lookin for authentic food, a small restaurant named khana khazana is just opposite to the hotel.We ate there as we were pure vegetarians. in all an awesome experience that made me love KL more..! I would suggest people to stay there.
