Spent three nights at the Le Meridien....
On my previous visits, we have stayed at Hilton and Renaissance.
Hilton was very good, and we have decided to stay in the sisterhood hotel: le Meridien (just next door)
The bad:
- hotel has aged a little bit: wardrope doors were not clsoing properly,
- water pressure could be better in the shower
- bed not as king size
The good:
- location. Sentral is best for transport and going to the airport. In town check in for KLIA (Cathay, Malaysia Airlines)
- view from the pool (but it will change with the new construction)
- Mojito not too bad
- art around the hotel
- corner room was great: good view, and ok size (look a bit smaller than Hilton)
- view from the bathtub
- bed was comfy, but a bit small ( I am1,80m)
- club breakfast was great
- service: staff is always smiling and happy to assist
What we did:
- Tamarind Springs (restaurant a bit out of the way: 25mins in cab). Nice food
- Batu cave
- Islamic art museum (restaurant is good, and cheap)
- Towers,
- Meridien Kuala Lumpur
- Kuala Lumpur Le Meridien
