We booked this hotel using Rakuten Travel. At first we only booked for 1 night but then we changed our plan by adding 1 more night. One week before our stay we called the hotel asking if we were able to add 1more night and the receptionist was very cooperative.
The hotel is located just on the opposite of Nagasaki Station, approximately 1-2 minutes walk from the station and bus terminal. We arrived quite early and decided to put our luggage first at the hotel. The front desk was very helpful and even offered us to complete the check-in in advance and also my wife got a set of beauty treatment (probably due to the room package we booked).
Design of the room was simple and somehow larger than many business hotel that we have stayed before. The toiletries were very complete and good quality. Right in front of the elevator at the lobby, there were also soaps, shower caps and tissues which we could take free. Facilities inside the room were standard, TV, fridge, hot pot (with green tea bag and instant coffee), hair dryer and pajamas (not yukata/thin kimono).
LAN cable was available inside the room. Meanwhile, at the lobby a computer for internet access was also available. Breakfast was available but don't expect too much. The Japanese style tasted good and was rich in variety but western style was very poor. We were also reminded that the main door would be closed at midnight until 6 am. and was given a card for entering when needed.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'll be back next time.
