I tried hard to look for something to pick on but found none. Here are the reasons:
1. The rooms are clean. White bath towels, hand towels & bathroom mat
2. Hot water is hot and consistent
3. Aircond / heater works well.
4. CNN & Discovery Channel on TV & a DVD player is provided as well
5. Self Serve Washer & Dryer is convenient
6. Many eateries in the vicinity - local, korean, fine-dining, etc
7. AEON supermarket, Family Mart, 7-11 - just a stone throw away
8. Well equipped kitchen - microwave, utensils, stove, cutleries

Just a few things to note though...
1. There is no free wifi, just pay 100yen for 10min use at the lobby
2. There is no amenities, so bring your shampoo & soap along
3. They speak very little English

My family and I (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed for 4 nights in their Quad 2 bedroom apartment. Though not luxurious (as expected), apartment is very clean with toiletries, towels, robes, and slippers are provided. The bed and pillows are comfortable (I slept like a log!) and the kitchen though small, is well equipped and even have a rice cooker for rice eating people like us! The Tanimachiyonchome subway station is about 5 mins stroll away. Use Exit 4 which is nearer to the apartment but if you have big luggages, you can take the elevator at Exit 1 and cross the road facing the Family Mart. Osaka Castle is just 15-20 mins walk from the Apartment.

We love the apartment style room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen & dining. Our 2 kids share a room with 2 single beds and we had a double bed. good closet size, bathroom is bigger than other hotels. kitchen area is a bit small but it has a 4-burner stove, dining table, microwave and big fridge but ok as we can cook simple food to save money. Location is short walk from a major line subway, and short transfer to main attractions Namba and Umeda and to airport express. many small restaurants, convenience stores and bakery nearby. The price is very reasonable for us on a budget and we met many families staying here. Front office staff speak very good English and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely will stay here again.

Really loved this place. I was really surprised at how cheap the place was ! Definitely value for money for the quality service that you are provided. Clean, neat, provides towels, shampoos, soaps and even toothbrush. Location wise was quite good. Short walk from the train station the area around it was quiet so didn't have any noise pollution at night. All in all if you are staying in Osaka and looking for a cheap, sort of spacious rooms, quality services provided, this is definitely the place to go to. Even if you're with your family or backpacking this is the right place.
