I am in my mid twenty's and so is my husband. We stayed at this hotel for two nights before leaving to come back to Canada. We really wanted to go to the aquarium and from the hotel to the aquarium was a five min. walk. Near the aquarium there is a mall with restaurants and a food court. A huge farris wheel is also in that area. The hotel is close to the subway line and if you are going to the airport from this hotel the bus terminal is right under the ferris wheel and it's clearly marked where the bus stops. The women at the hotel will be able to tell you what time and how much the bus costs to take. The morning we left it was raining and the owner drove us to the bus terminal. Very nice people. There is a McDonald's a one min. walk from the hotel and across the street from the souvenir shop there is a post office with an international bank machine just inside the front doors.

I would stay here again, the hotel was clean and confortable. And although it wasn't downtown there was still lots to see and do for a couple of days.

This hotel is a family establishment and the woman who is at the front desk is friendly and speaks enough English to communicate. We had a triple room which was spacious enough to have all four family members sleep together. The room was clean, bed was standard firm bed. Extra pillows and a pencil were supplied when requested. There is a small bathroom with tub/shower combo in each room. The location is good for family. It is a 5 min walk to the aquarium and a fun shopping mall with a food court and a great little pet "petting zoo" which my children loved. There is also a giant ferris wheel near the shopping mall which gives a great view of Osaka. This hotel is nothing fancy but it was affordable, clean, comfortable and a great family area. Just a word about getting here from Shin-Osaka station. We made the mistake of taking a taxi from the train station which cost equivalent of $40 USD. The directions on expedia to take subway are perfect although you may have to carry suitcase up some stairways or hunt for elevator. The hotel is not that close to "downtown" area. The hotel is very, very convenient to subway and the subway is very easy to use, reasonably priced, clean and safe. Last, but not least, there are several restaurants, souvenir shop, and a laundromat near hotel.

There is a convenient and reasonably priced bus shuttle to and from Kansai international airport. It ran every hour for most of the day and was a great way to get to the airport for our flight out. It was 1500 yen / adult and 650 yen/ child and no need to make reservation. The bus stop is located at Tempozan market place bbeneath the giant ferris wheel.
