Comfortable hotel. No internet terminals but 'D house' down the road has a massive internet/gaming centre.

We stayed there last week for 3 nights, 2 rooms with their July special rate. On 13th floor, twin rooms. Very happy for the price that we paid. We had buffet breakfasts every morning and we were very happy with that. As that was the last days of the trip, we were dying for fresh fruits and salads. We got all and even coffee take out. Station was straight down from the lift. We walked to Umeda too for shopping instead of subway one station. The only problem was that we didn't bring our laptop to trip and we needed to check our flights and they didn't have internet facility. We were given direction to local internet cafe which was hidden in the basement and nowhere to be found. We ended up getting help from Hankyu hotel reception who kindly gave us better description and direction to get to internet cafe.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as a single traveller, and I was most pleased with it's proximity to the station. Nakatsu subway station is right underneath the hotel, in fact you can even access the hotel elevator just before the last set of stairs onto the street, going out on exit number 4.

As you can see, this is the first English speaking review, certainly when I stayed there I did not see any other Gaijin (non-Japanese), not that that was a problem for me. The reception area is very modern, and there always appears to be an English-speaking person on the desk to help you with any queries. Not that I'm a coffee drinker but there is also a Starbucks by the entrance to the hotel.

The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent, with around 40 choices of food and it was included in the booking, otherwise it would've been 1300 yen.

The room itself was a typical Japanese single room, with a small bathroom that includes a toilet and a shower with a small bathtub, and enough room for a bed (that could probably fit two people of average size) and a desk with a TV on it, and room to chuck a suitcase down on the floor.

For the location alone I would recommend this place.

To get there, catch the JR Kanku from Kansai Airport to Osaka Station, and then follow the signs to the Midosuji line (which is the red line), and get off at Nakatsu which should be the first stop, and leave through exit 4.
