I enjoyed my stay here. The room was small but not too small and it was comfy. The bed was nice and there was a desk and chair and TV and fridge. The bathroom was small but worked well. From my room there wasn't any view.
The location is right next to a subway stop. In fact, you can leave the subway station and enter the hotel without going outside. No great sites around the hotel, but there are plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants. The food I ate near the hotel was excellent. There is also a restaurant in the hotel which I didn't go to, and Starbucks in the lobby. There are vending machines selling drinks and beer on the floors, for bit higher price than convenience stores.
It's about 10 minutes away from Osaka Station by walking. Just leave hotel, turn left, cross the big road with the train overpass, and keep walking.
Almost all the staff I talked to at the front desk were friendly and helpful and spoke English which was good.
