I stayed in this hotel at the end of a two week trip through Japan. The room was of the same size as comparable priced rooms throughout Japan ( they are all small unless you pay considerably more). However, I found that the room had much better amenities and was more nicely decorated than others of a similar price and size. It was billed as a "woman's room" and had appropriate toiletries and amenities, which was a nice touch. The room was immaculately clean. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. As others have said, it was connected to both main train stations and the subway, and the airport bus came right underneath the hotel. There were also kilometres of shopping adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was included with my room and there were three restaurant options. I tried two and found I liked the large buffet breakfast best. It had ample choice of both Japanese and western food. I enjoyed my stay and would definitley stay there again.

Picked this hotel since they got bus station in front of it. Also closed to train and subway station. (5-10 min walks) A lot of department store closed by.
Room too small. No view since it's an inside building room. Could only see window of other rooms of the hotel.
Since bought package with travel agent, there is a few buffet but no free breakfast. The buffet is good with big crab leg.

I've stayed at this hotel on about 4-5 different occasions (different years) and I've never been disappointed. It's located at the junction of two train stations in North Osaka and there is also a limousine bus depot right outside the hotel (to transport you to/from two airports). Rooms are tiny, but that's Japan. For the price, it's great value. Love the breakfast buffet. Large selection of both Japanese and Western foods. As a Westerner, it's nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel.
I'm a business traveller so I'm not sure how accommodating the rooms are for couples or families.
